About the Service

VolnaLink is a VPN service and software for secure network connection.

The VolnaLink application is the official client application developed by VolnaApp LLC and is intended for connecting to the VolnaLink network, managing VPN connections, and using supported configurations.

The application supports various protocols and connection technologies, including VLESS, Trojan, Hysteria 2, and other supported formats.

Account and Subscription

Using certain features of the Service may require creating an account and purchasing a subscription.

The subscription price, available plans, and scope of services provided are shown on the website, in the user's personal account, or in the relevant app store.

Permitted Use

The user may use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to:

carry out network attacks (DDoS);
distribute malicious software;
send spam;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems;
use the Service for fraudulent activity;
resell access to the Service without the company's written consent;
violate applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

The company does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service, nor is it liable for interruptions caused by the actions of third parties, communication providers, internet service providers, or government restrictions.

Access Suspension

The company has the right to restrict or terminate the user's access to the Service in the event of a violation of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the VolnaLink application, program code, design, logos, trademarks, and Service materials belong to VolnaApp LLC.

Changes to the Terms

The company has the right to amend this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the new version.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
