Happ not working is usually not "the internet broke" but one of five everyday glitches: the key expired, the app is outdated, a botched subscription import, a second VPN on the device, or the tunnel did not capture the system. Below is an order that covers most cases in five minutes.

First separate the network from the client
Open any site without Happ. If it is blank even so — fix the Wi‑Fi or mobile internet, not the VPN. If sites open but not with Happ — the problem is in the client, the key or the server.

Checklist: Happ will not connect
- Fully close Happ (from the tray), open it again. Do not keep hitting "connect" in circles.
- Check the date and time on Windows or the phone. A shift breaks TLS.
- Update Happ from the official page, not from a random APK.
- Check the subscription expiry. Expired — the list is dead, this is not a client bug.
- Paste the subscription link again and refresh the servers inside the app.
- Change the server. One node may be down, a neighboring one not.
- Turn off the second VPN, the "system proxy", the antivirus "firewall" for a minute.
- Change the network: Wi‑Fi → mobile. If it is alive on LTE but not on home — the provider is throttling.
