VolnaLink VPN operates servers in Hong Kong. The node runs on a 10 Gbps channel and supports the modern VLESS, WireGuard and OpenVPN protocols.
Node specifications
- Location. Hong Kong is one of Asia's largest network hubs and the main gateway between mainland China and the rest of the world.
- 10 Gbps channel. Enough for 4K streaming, video calls and online gaming at the same time.
- Physical servers. Not virtual, not shared VPS — dedicated hardware in the provider's racks.
- Protocols. VLESS for a resilient connection, WireGuard for speed, OpenVPN for compatibility.
- Low ping across East Asia. The node sits on the region's main peering points.
Ping measurements
- Hong Kong ↔ Tokyo: 45-60 ms
- Hong Kong ↔ Singapore: 35-50 ms
- Hong Kong ↔ Shanghai: 30-45 ms
Privacy and logging
The node does not store:
- the client's IP address before or after connection;
- visited sites and DNS queries;
- session start and end times;
- the amount of traffic transferred.
Connection security
- AES-256 encryption. The same standard used by banks and government systems.
- Kill-switch. If the VPN tunnel drops, all internet traffic is blocked until the connection is restored. Your real IP won't leak.
- DNS-leak protection. DNS queries go through the same encrypted tunnel, not through your internet provider.
- Public Wi-Fi safety. The connection from your device to the VPN server is fully encrypted — open hotspots at airports and cafes stop being a problem.
