At VolnaApp we aim to provide a reliable digital service and transparent payment terms. Before subscribing, you choose the plan and billing period yourself and confirm the payment.
1. General terms
Paying for a subscription grants access to the VolnaLink digital service for the selected billing period.
Because the Service is a digital product and access is provided immediately upon payment, refunds for an already-paid period are as a rule not issued.
This rule applies, among other cases, when:
- you change your mind after payment;
- the subscription has been partially or fully used;
- you did not cancel automatic renewal before the next charge;
- the Service was available but you decided to stop using it;
- access was restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Use.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account or the available subscription management tools.
Cancelling the subscription stops future automatic charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid billing period. Access to the Service remains available until the end of the paid period unless otherwise provided by the Service terms.
3. Exceptional cases
We may review a request individually if there has been a technical or billing error, for example:
- a duplicate or mistaken charge;
- payment was processed but access to the Service was not provided due to a technical reason;
- any other clear payment-processing error.
In such cases the decision is made after we verify the payment and account information.
4. Technical aspects of the Service
VolnaLink is a digital service whose operation may depend on your device, operating system, internet provider, connection quality, third-party services and other external factors.
Temporary restrictions, connectivity issues, incompatibility of specific devices or changes in external conditions are not in themselves grounds for a refund if access to the Service was provided.
5. How to contact us about a payment
If you believe an error occurred with a payment or charge, contact us and include:
- the email or account associated with the subscription;
- the date and amount of the payment;
- the payment method;
- a description of the situation.
We will review the request and reply within a reasonable time.
6. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits the rights of the user that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
