By purchasing a VolnaLink subscription, the user agrees to this Refund Policy.
Trial Period
Before purchasing a subscription, the user may take advantage of a free trial period, if such an option is provided by the service.
Refunds
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- double charge of funds;
- erroneous charge;
- payment was successful, but access to the service was not provided;
- other confirmed technical errors on the part of the service.
Cases Where a Refund Is Not Provided
A refund is not provided:
- when refusing to use the service after purchase;
- due to incompatibility of the user's device;
- due to problems with the user's internet provider;
- due to restrictions imposed by third parties;
- after the end of the paid period;
- in other cases where the service was provided properly.
App Store and Google Play Subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are carried out in accordance with the rules of the relevant platform.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription prevents subsequent charges but does not entail an automatic refund for the period already paid.
