"HitVPN not working" usually refers to the hitvpnbot bot: yesterday sites loaded, today the key is dead, the servers don't respond, the bot is silent. Below is how to tell your own problem from a service outage and when it's easier to install the VolnaLink app.
What "HitVPN not working" looks like

Why HitVPN goes down so often
HitVPN is sold through a bot: a shared key, a shared panel, many people on the same inbounds. When the panel goes down or the carrier throttles the same protocol for everyone, it's not one person who drops off but a whole batch. That's why "not working again" shows up in chats regularly.
You usually don't need a dedicated client: people install Happ or v2rayN and paste in the link. Any core update, an expired key or a second VPN on the device produces the same picture. Separate the bot from the client: if another subscription in Happ is alive but the HitVPN key isn't, it's HitVPN.
What to check in five minutes
- Open any site without a VPN. No internet — fix the network, not the bot.
- Open hitvpnbot and check whether the key is alive. The bot doesn't respond or shows an error — it's the service, not Happ.
