The VPN Server in Ethiopia Is Coming Soon
There's no dedicated server in Ethiopia. When it appears, a new item will show up in the client's list — no need to reinstall anything. You can buy VPN in advance on the pricing page.
VPN Server in Ethiopia — Neighboring Countries for Now
The nearest locations that already work: UAE, France and Germany. The ping will be higher than with a local IP, but websites, messengers, and work services open fine.
How to Download VPN and Connect
Install the app on your computer or phone, or the browser extension, sign in to your account, and select UAE. The first 8 hours are free, no card required. Once the server in Ethiopia appears, it will be in the same country list.
Why You Need an Ethiopia IP
An Ethiopia IP is needed for websites and services that check your country of access: banks, government services, local stores, region-specific content. Until there's a local address — pick a neighboring country. No separate plan for Ethiopia is required.
One Subscription for All Devices
One subscription covers Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and the Chrome, Firefox, and Edge extensions. When the server in Ethiopia opens, it's available on all these clients at once.
VPN for Websites and Services in Ethiopia
While there's no local server, the nearest country from the list above is enough for websites in Ethiopia. For Discord, games, and system traffic, the desktop app is better; for browser tabs, the extension.
When VPN Will Appear in Ethiopia
The country is in our network expansion plan. We're not setting an exact date. This page will stay: as soon as the server goes live, there'll be updated text here, and a new country in the app.
