VPN for Portugal
You can already use a VPN for Portugal — through neighboring countries where servers are running. There's no «Portugal-only» plan, and there never will be.
A VPN Server in Portugal Is Coming Soon
There's no dedicated server in Portugal. When one appears, it'll show up as a new entry in the client's list — no need to reinstall anything. You can buy a VPN in advance on the pricing page.
VPN Server in Portugal — Neighboring Countries for Now
The nearest locations that are already running: Germany, Netherlands and France. The ping will be higher than with a local IP, but websites, messengers, and work services all open.
How to Download the VPN and Connect
Install the app on your computer or phone, or the browser extension, sign in to your account, and pick Germany. The first 8 hours are free, no card required. Once a server in Portugal appears, it'll be in the same list of countries.
Why You Need a Portugal IP
A Portugal IP is needed by sites and services that check the country you connect from: banks, government portals, local stores, region-specific content. Until there's a local address, use a neighboring country. No separate plan for Portugal is required.
One Subscription for All Devices
One subscription covers Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and the Chrome, Firefox, and Edge extension. When a server in Portugal goes live, it's available on all these clients at once.
VPN for Portugal Sites and Services
While there's no local server, the nearest country from the list above is enough for Portugal sites. For Discord, games, and system traffic, the desktop app is better; for browser tabs, the extension.
When a VPN in Portugal Will Appear
The country is on our network expansion roadmap. We're not setting an exact date. This page will stay: as soon as the server is up, the text here will be updated, and a new country will appear in the app.
