VPN for Tanzania
VolnaLink doesn't have its own server in Tanzania yet. That doesn't mean «never»: the location is in the queue. When the node goes up, it will appear in the same app, with no new subscription.
A VPN server in Tanzania is coming soon
There is no dedicated server in Tanzania yet. When it appears, a new item will show up in the client's list — you won't need to reinstall anything. You can buy VPN in advance on the pricing page.
VPN server in Tanzania — neighboring countries for now
The nearest locations that already work: UAE, France and Germany. The ping will be higher than with a local IP, but websites, messengers and work services open fine.
How to download VPN and connect
Install the app on your computer or phone, or the browser extension, sign in to your account and choose UAE. The first 8 hours are free, no card required. Once a server in Tanzania appears, it will be in the same list of countries.
Why you need a Tanzania IP
A Tanzania IP is needed by sites and services that look at the country you connect from: banks, government services, local stores, region-specific content. Until there is an address of your own — use a neighboring country. A separate plan for Tanzania is not required.
One subscription for all devices
One subscription covers Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS and the Chrome, Firefox, Edge extension. When a server in Tanzania opens, it is available on all these clients at once.
VPN for Tanzania websites and services
While there is no local server, the nearest country from the list above is enough for Tanzania websites. For Discord, games and system traffic the desktop app is better, for browser tabs — the extension.
When VPN in Tanzania will appear
The country is on the network expansion plan. We don't set an exact date. This page will stay: as soon as the server goes live, there will be up-to-date text here, and a new country in the app.
